COMPREHENSIVE, ITEMIZED AND DETAILED QUOTES AND CONTRACTS. No vaguely worded description with a lump sum price at the end of it. We break down in detail what the materials and tasks entail and price each item of your renovation separately. It's your money, you should know exactly what you're paying for.
Things we do differently:
TILE CENTRING: starting the tile installation from the centre of the area to be tiled instead of one side or the other, so that the tile cuts at either end are balanced, most pleasing to the eye.
APPLICATION APPROPRIATE MORTARS AND GROUTS, we use Proma professional grade, top of the line adhesives, mortars and grouts. We use grout additives in wet locations exclusively. We are one of the few tile setters who offer epoxy grout for a non porous, non staining, anti microbial and easy to clean finish.
We employ LASER LEVELS for precise, even fitting of tiles. Wherever possible we use SELF LEVELLING TILE SPACERS so there is no up and down or in and out, just consistently flush set, evenly spaced tiles.
PRECISION CUTTING of tiles using state of the art wet saws equipped with laser guides for a factory edge finish on all cuts. We take the extra time and effort to employ these systems because precision cut and fit equals a flawless finish.
FAIR PRICING. We're not the cheapest tile contractor, our value is in the fact that we take our time and do your job perfectly. We're not rushing to get your tiles set so we can hurry on to the next job.
EXPERT INSTALLATION of waterproof shower systems such as; Kerdi, Schlueter, Prova, Vevor, Ditra, etc. We use these precision waterproof systems in order to give you the best set tiles imaginable. No crooked out of square joints, no wows or waves, just perfectly plumb and level shower walls and bases to set your chosen tiles on.
